Customized Massage
The Massage is customized to fit your personal therapeutic needs using a combination of bodywork techniques for a full body massage.
Swedish Massage technique combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve circulation. The benefits of this type of massage includes relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhance mental clarity, improved appearance, greater flexibility, and better sleep.
Deep Tissue techniques aim to relieve tension in deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is highly effective in releasing chronic stress areas due to repetitive motions, past lingering injuries, and misalignment.
Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with flushing and removal of toxins that will be released from the deep tissue during your session.
Detox Hibernation Wrap
First, a light exfoliating massage to stimulate circulation and prepare the body to absorb nutrients from the oils. The body is then wrapped in thermal sheets, taking you to a new dimension of pure relaxation. As you relax with a head massage, the aromatic infusion of essential oils penetrates the body and draws out impurities. This helps detoxify, moisturize, tighten and tone your skin.
Hot Stone Therapy
Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.

30 minute reflexology sessions start with meditative breathing. During those 30 minutes the reflex areas of your feet are worked. You are provided with a soothing, healthful experience in the privacy of your own home.
The fee for a 30 minute reflexology session is $45.00.
45 minute reflexology sessions includes 30 minutes working the reflex areas of the feet and 15 minutes working the reflex areas of the hands. This is truly a wonderful experience.
The fee for a 45 minute reflexology session is $70.00.
60 minute reflexology sessions are a more indulgent experience. To begin your feet are worked under water in a warm bath. Then, your feet are gently dried and the reflexology begins in earnest. To wrap up the session, lotion is applied to the feet and finally a foot rub. If you would like 45 minutes on the feet and 15 minutes on the hands that can be done.
The fee for a 60 minute reflexology session is $95.00.
Reflexology price are for in home services. Reduce $15.00 mobile fee for services held in spa.
Chair Massage
Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.

Exfoliating Foot Scrub
Add an extra pamper to your massage session. An exfoliation scrub massaged into your feet to remove the dead skin, then a warm towel wrap around your feet to remove the scrub and massaging of your feet to release any of your tension.

Paraffin Wax Treatment
Provides thermal relief useful in symptomatic relief of pain caused by arthritis, bursitis, and chronic joint inflammation. Paraffin wax smooths and softens skin on hands, elbows, and feet. Add this option to any of your treatment services.
Deep Muscle Therapy
Warming massage oil delivers a gentle heat to a targeted area to aid in deep pain free tissue release. Cooling gel is then applied leaving muscles feeling cool and revitalized.
